Enlightenment. It’s hard. It tears your life apart. Most of the Ascended Masters of the past left this planet pretty soon after their enlightenment. Sticking around wasn’t a real option because they hadn’t prepared themselves or their bodies to make it practical. Those of us who have decided to stay are going through Embodied enlightenment. And, it’s also no picnic.

Many of us have been experiencing vivid, intense dreams at night. As ‘crazy’ as some of the dreams are, I wake up now feeling as if the dreamscape is actually reality, and this waking state is ‘but a dream.’ I suspect that when we leave this mortal coil we will be surprised, as we have many, many times before, at how real the non-physical is, so much more so than here.

Good white people are all around us. They are white and want to be seen as doing good in understanding race. They are well-intentioned, sometimes on their way to wokeness, sometimes a little clumsy, and sometimes a little too sweet. Good white people are all over the place. They are in schools, at the grocery store, your gentrifying neighbor who moved to your neighborhood because they love diversity.
Good white people are just that – good white people. Where it becomes a thing to note and manage is when good white people stop there and figure because they are good they are exempt from having to dig deeper to learn about race and actively work to disrupt racism.

The last few days, I’ve been cruising through my computer files to make room for new and exciting things. At first this felt like a daunting task sifting through years of information, data, photos, and journals. It felt kind of like being asked to clear out grandma’s attic or, worse yet, her basement. But it didn’t take me long to ascertain that I could simply back up a dumpster and toss it all.
By perusing a few files, I was utterly amazed at how far we’ve come over the past few years! After reading some of the articles I had stored, I realized I can just push the “delete all” button and start fresh.
Why? Because we can now Google anything we want to know without having to store it. We have everything at our fingertips, or voice command if you’ve befriend Siri or Alexa. Technology is moving…

Have you looked around at people, young, old, and in between, and have you seen the trauma in their eyes? Some carry it around more obviously than others. We can see it especially in the elderly, as they become hunched over, as they look weary from life and gravity pushes them down.
